1st row본 연구에서는 미국 스티븐스 우레탄 (Stevens Urethane) 사의 두께 0.076mm의 폴리 우레탄 엘라스토머 시트를 사용 하였다. 감마선 조사 과정은 선량률 5.28055 kGy / h를 제공하는 60Co 소스 (러시아의 원자력 에너지에서 제조 됨)를 사용하여 수행되었다. 전자빔 조사는 공기 중 25 ℃의 실내 온도에서 NCRRT AEA Cairo에서 절연 코어 변압기로 작동하는 1.5MeV 전자빔 가속기 빔 전류 25mA를 사용하여 수행되었다. 샘플의 가열을 피하기 위해 냉각 시스템에 부착되었다. 용량은 캐나다 Nordion에서 공급 한 Ceric / Cerous 선량계에 대해 감마 장치에서 조사하여 보정 한 FWT60-00 선량계를 사용하여 조정되었습니다. 감마에서 1.5MeV 전자빔 조사로 보정을 전송하면 추가 불확실성이 5 % 미만으로 자극된다는 것을 알 수 있습니다. 샘플을 다양한 적분 선량에 적용하여 20 40 60 80 100 150 및 200 kGy에서 조사 선량을 단계적으로 누적 하였다.

3rd row2.1 Material and experimental procedure To synthesize n-BCoC mixed-waste mobile phone batteries (LIBs) were first discharged and dismantled manually to separate into cathodes anodes plastic separators and metal cases [1315]. Then the cathodic material was collected and treated with N-methyl-2- pyrrolidone (NMP Merck 99.5%) at 60 °C for 1 h. After filtration the resulted powder was dried at 50 °C for 24 h and sieved with the screen of 0.5 mm. Thermal pretreatment of resulting powder was carried out at 700 °C for 5 h in a muffle to eliminate carbon polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and solvent residue. The resultant cathodic active powder was leached with 2 mol/L NaOH solution to selectively dissolve the remaining aluminum pieces. Then the filter residue was leached with 2 mol/L H2SO4 (Merck 95%97.0%) and 4% H2O2 (volume fraction) (Sigma-Aldrich 30%) at 70 °C for 2 h. The pH of leach liquor was adjusted to 5 with 2 mol/L NaOH solution in order to make the impurity ions form Al(OH)3 MnOOH and Ni(OH)2pr

Abutalib2011https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1080/10420150.2010.538926본 연구에서는 미국 스티븐스 우레탄 (Stevens Urethane) 사의 두께 0.076mm의 폴리 우레탄 엘라스토머 시트를 사용 하였다. 감마선 조사 과정은 선량률 5.28055 kGy / h를 제공하는 60Co 소스 (러시아의 원자력 에너지에서 제조 됨)를 사용하여 수행되었다. 전자빔 조사는 공기 중 25 ℃의 실내 온도에서 NCRRT AEA Cairo에서 절연 코어 변압기로 작동하는 1.5MeV 전자빔 가속기 빔 전류 25mA를 사용하여 수행되었다. 샘플의 가열을 피하기 위해 냉각 시스템에 부착되었다. 용량은 캐나다 Nordion에서 공급 한 Ceric / Cerous 선량계에 대해 감마 장치에서 조사하여 보정 한 FWT60-00 선량계를 사용하여 조정되었습니다. 감마에서 1.5MeV 전자빔 조사로 보정을 전송하면 추가 불확실성이 5 % 미만으로 자극된다는 것을 알 수 있습니다. 샘플을 다양한 적분 선량에 적용하여 20 40 60 80 100 150 및 200 kGy에서 조사 선량을 단계적으로 누적 하였다.gamma; electron beam irradiation; color changes; refractive index; FTIR; polyurethane1663165-177
